橡副珠蜡蚧分泌物对蚂蚁和寄生蜂的引诱作用

摘　　要：为探究橡副珠蜡蚧分泌物中哪种物质对黑褐举腹蚁、黑头酸臭蚁和副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂有引诱作用,从橡副珠蜡蚧整头虫蜡泌物样本中检测到45个组分,取其中5种挥发成分,用"Y"型嗅觉仪在实验室测试5种挥发成分对黑褐举腹蚁、黑头酸臭蚁和副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂的引诱作用,结果表明:二十八烷醇和2,4-二叔丁基酚对黑褐举腹蚁均有引诱作用,但二十八烷醇引诱作用高于2,4-二叔丁基酚对黑褐举腹蚁的引诱作用;棕榈酸乙酯对黑头酸臭蚁有引诱作用;二十八烷醇和棕榈酸乙酯对副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂均有引诱作用,但二十八烷醇对副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂的引诱作用高于棕榈酸乙酯对副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂的引诱作用。The experiment was conducted to study the substance in secretion of Parasaissetia nigra Nietner with attractive efficacy to Crematogaster rogenhoferi,Tapinoma melanocephalum（ Fabricius）,and Metaphycus parasaissetiae Zhang and Huang.Five volatile components from the 45 components were selected to detect in wax secretion sample Parasaissetia nigra Nietner,and the Y-tube olfactometer was used to test the attractive efficacy of the five volatile components to Crematogaster rogenhoferi,Tapinoma melanocephalum（ Fabricius）,and Metaphycus parasaissetiae Zhang and Huang. Octacosane alcohol and 2,4-2 tertiary butyl phenol had attraction to Crematogaster rogenhoferi,but octacosane alcohol was better in attraction than 2,4-2 tertiary butyl phenol. The ethyl palmitate has attraction to Tapinoma melanocephalum（ Fabricius）,and octacosanol and Palmitic acid ethyl ester had attraction to Metaphycus parasaissetiae Zhang and Huang,but octacosanol was better in attraction than Palmitic acid ethyl ester.
