摘 要:广州贸易中心办公楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,主屋面结构高度160.4 m,属于一般不规则的B级高度超限高层建筑。由于体型及建筑功能的要求,核心筒偏置于建筑物的一侧。结构设计时,通过增强结构的抗扭刚度解决了核心筒偏置造成的扭转问题;在剪力墙底部设置钢板,承担中震下墙肢拉力。对该超限高层建筑进行了结构弹性、弹塑性分析,结果表明,选取的结构体系是合理的,达到了既定的抗震设防性能目标。Guangzhou Commerce Center is a 160.4 m tall office building with frame-core wall system. It belongs to complex structure because of the Class B height and irregular plan layout. In order to match the building shape and function,core wall is biased to one side of the plan.During structural design process the torsional stiffness was enhanced to solve the problem of twist. At down floors steel concrete composite shear walls were used to bear the tension force under fortification earthquake. Elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis have been made,the results show that the selected structural system is reasonable and achieve the established target of seismic performance.
