摘 要:平衡轨道模型是预测分离器效率常用的模型。通过平衡轨道模型计算值与实验实测值的对比,发现该模型对于非球形颗粒的分离效率预测存在比较大的偏差。通过对平衡轨道模型计算机理的分析,发现了产生偏差的主要原因是对于非球形颗粒粒径的表征不准确。故,提出用等效沉降粒径来表征颗粒的粒径,消除颗粒形状对阻力系数的影响,以此对平衡轨道模型进行了修正。修正后的平衡轨道模型能更准确地预测非球形颗粒的分离效率,为旋风分离器的工程设计和应用提供了指导。The equilibrium orbit model is commonly used to predict the efficiency of separators. In this paper, the values calculated by equilibrium orbital model are compared with the experimental values to show that there is an obvious deviation between the calculated values and the experimental values for the non-spherical particles. The foremost reason is that the characterization for the diameter of non-spherical particle is inapplicable for this model. In this paper, the equivalent sedimentation diameter is proposed to characterize the particles size to eliminate the effect of particle shape on the drag coefficient. The modified equilibrium orbital model can predict the separation efficiency of non-spherical particles more accurately. And this new method enriches the guidance for the engineering design and application of cyclone separator.
