摘  要:根据采煤机摇臂行星结构的特点,对采煤机摇臂行星轮的齿根应力进行了分析,得到了齿根应力复合函数。通过研究齿根应力与过盈量、滚动轴承外圈内孔半径之间的关系,得到了减小采煤机摇臂行星轮齿根应力的方法,并通过有限元仿真进行了验证。According to the characteristics of the planetary structure of the rocking arm of the shearer loader, the root stress of the planetary wheel of the rocking arm of the shearer loader was analyzed to obtain the compound function of root stress. By studying the relationship between the root stress and the interference and the inner radius of the outer ring of the rolling bearing, the method to reduce the root stress of the planetary wheel of the rocking arm in the shearer has been obtained and verified by the finite element simulation.
