摘　　要：提出了一种砂轮廓形原位视觉检测方法,并基于此设计了砂轮廓形原位视觉检测系统。对检测系统的原理与结构进行了介绍,并进行了试验研究,同时对检测系统的精度评定进行了分析。An in-situ visual system for detection of the profile of the abrasive wheel was designed according to the proposed in-situ visual detection method of the abrasive profile. The principle and structure of the detection system were introduced, and the experimental research was carried out.
