摘 要:在半静态条件下,研究了扑草净在文蛤体内的富集和消除规律。在水温(12±1)℃条件下,将文蛤分别暴露在扑草净质量浓度为1、10、100μg/L的海水中,文蛤体内扑草净的含量随着暴露质量浓度的增加逐渐增加,二者呈显著的正相关关系。扑草净在文蛤体内的富集含量表现出先增后减的趋势,而后在一定水平保持波动。富集含量达到最大值所需时间分别为10、14d和18d,最大富集系数分别为22.9、8.3和4.3。在消除试验第4d,各试验组文蛤体内扑草净含量均降至消除试验开始前的50%以上;消除试验第22d,各试验组文蛤体内扑草净含量分别降至消除试验开始前的8.7%、5.6%和2.6%。试验结果表明,文蛤对扑草净的生物富集和消除能力较强。The bioaccumulation and elimination of prometryn in hard clam Meretrixmeretrix were studied under semi-static conditions.At water temperature of(12±1)℃,the clams were exposed to seawater containing 1,10,and 100μg/L prometryn.The content of prometryn in clam was found to be increased with the increase in exposed concentration,with significant positive correlation between them.The accumulation of the clam showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and then remained fluctuating at a certain level.The maximal accumulation content was observed in the clam exposed for 10 days,14 days and 18 days.with the maximal concentration factors(BCFs)of 22.9,8.3 and 4.3 respectively.In the elimination experiment,the content of prometryn in clam in each group was dropped down for more than 50% at the 4 th day.At the 22 nd day,the content of prometryn in clam were decreased to 8.7%,5.6% and 2.6% of the initial content in the elimination tests,respectively.The findings indicate that there is a strong bioaccumulation and elimination ability in hard clam M.meretrix.
