股骨粗隆间骨折应用PFNA与InterTan治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析使用PENA与InterTan治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法抽取在本院接受治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的48例进行研究,并且将其进行分组,观察组24例,给予PENA进行治疗,对照组24例,给予InterTan进行治疗,对其手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、Harris评分进行比较。结果对照组患者经治疗后的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、Harris评分分别为(86.37±16.28)min、(169.58±25.11)ml、(12.08±3.17)周、(85.61±6.77)分,与观察组相比效果明显更优(P<0.05)。结论治疗股骨粗隆间骨折采用PFNA与InterTan进行治疗均具有效果,其中PFNA相比于InterTan在操作上更为简便,时间较短,而InterTan所具备的优点是生物力学优势、稳定性,快速恢复术后髋关节。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of PENA and InterTan in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Selected in our hospital for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients in 48 cases were studied, and the observation group, 24 cases in the group were given PENA treatment, 24 patients in the control group, InterTan treatment, the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, fracture healing time and Harris score compare. Results Patients in the control group after treatment by operation time, intraoperative bleeding, healing time and Harris score were（86.37±16.28） min,（169.58±25.11） ml,（12.08±3.17） w,（85.61±6.77） weeks of fracture, compared with the effect of the observation group were significantly better（P〈0.05）, the difference is comparable. Conclusion Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by PFNA and InterTan have the effect, the PFNA compared to InterTan in the operation is more simple, time is short, and the advantages of InterTan have advantages, biomechanical stability, rapid postoperative recovery of hip joint.
