品管圈管理对减轻护士工作压力及提高工作满意度的作用

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈管理方式对极大减轻护士的工作压力和提升满意度所具有的作用。方法结合本院的情况组建品管圈工作小组,并确定主题、找出问题以及分析原因,然后制定对应的解决策略,最后调查护士工作情况以及工作的满意度。结果在开展品管圈管理之前,护士的工作压力是(18.2±3.6)分,实施品管圈管理之后,工作压力是(8.9±4.7)分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在开展品管圈管理之前,工作满意度是75.00%;开展品管圈管理之后工作满意度是93.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理方式可以极大地减轻护士的工作压力,而且在工作中还可以提升满意度,此方式值得大力推广和运用。Objective To analyze the effect of quality control ring management on reducing job pressure and increasing satisfaction of nurses.Methods According to the situation of our hospital, a quality control circle working group was set up and the subject was determined. Find out the problem and analyze the reasons, then formulate the corresponding solution strategy, and finally investigate the nurses＇ job situation and job satisfaction. Results Before the quality control circle management, the nurses＇ work stress is（18.2±3.6）, and after the implementation of quality control circle management, the nurses＇ work pressure is（8.9±4.7）, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The job satisfaction was 75.00%, and the job satisfaction was 93.75%. The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality management can greatly reduce the work pressure of nurses, and it can also improve the job satisfaction. This way is worth popularizing and using energetically.
