摘 要:目的研究降低血透机故障率,提高故障修复及时性的方法。方法运用信息化手段收集维修数据,统计分析血透机现存问题,运用鱼骨图、PDCA等工具逐步解决问题。结果通过整改方案的实施,血透机的故障率明显降低,日均报修数从3.75件降到了2.5件,日均维修耗时从3.78 h降到了2.37 h,24 h完修率从82.9%提升到了91.3%。结论合理运用管理工具,探索血透机的维护管理的新方法,大大降低了血透机的故障率,减少患者等待时间,提高临床满意度。Objective To study the method of reducing the failure rate of hemodialysis machine and improving the timeliness of failure repair. Methods The use of information technology to collect maintenance data, statistical analysis of the existing problems of hemodialysis machine, using fish bone map, PDCA and other tools to solve the problem. Results Through the implementation of the rectification program, the failure rate of hemodialysis machine was significantly reduced, the daily repair number from 3.75 pieces to 2.5 pieces, the daily maintenance time reduced from 3.78 hours to 2.37 hours, and the 24 hour repair rate increased from 82.9% to 91.3%. Conclusion The rational use of management tools and exploration of new maintenance and management methods for hemodialysis machine greatly reduce the failure rate of hemodialysis machine, reduce patient waiting time and improve clinical satisfaction.
