摘　　要：为进一步探索精神科危险物品的有效管理,构建规范的精神科危险物品安全管理评价体系,本院积极尝试在精神病院和社区家庭对危险物品进行等级分类,制定相应的危险物品安全管理制度和评价标准,建立敏感指标监测,动态评估精神病患者使用物品的风险,取得了较好的成效:精神病患者利用危险物品发生冲动毁物、自伤、自杀等危急事件的频次明显减少,造成的危害显著减轻。由此可见,精神科危险物品的等级分类能进一步降低精神病患者利用危险物品发生冲动毁物、自伤、自杀等危急事件的频率及降低造成的危害。Objective To explore the classification of dangerous goods in psychiatric department, to establish a standardized safety management evaluation system of dangerous goods in psychiatric department, and to do a good job in risk assessment of dangerous goods in psychiatric department. Methods The dangerous articles were classified in mental hospitals and community families, and the corresponding safety management evaluation system was established. The sensitive index monitoring was established to assess the risk degree of using articles in mental patients dynamically. Results The use of dangerous goods by mental patients in the occurrence of impulsive destruction, suicide and other critical events decreased, resulting in less harm. Conclusion The classification of dangerous articles in psychiatric department is helpful to further evaluate the safety risk of patients and reduce the risk of impulsive destruction and suicide by using dangerous articles.
