摘  要:采用气质联用分析方法对二甲二氯硅烷粗单体组分进行分析,检测到4个氯代二硅烷化合物,其中1,1-二氯-1,2,2,2-四甲基硅烷和1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三甲基硅烷为谱图解析所得.在其气相色谱分析中,载气湿度的增加对主成分二甲二氯硅烷的含量测定影响不大,但显著降低了粗单体样品中三氯代二硅烷和四氯代二硅烷的含量测定值.实验研究和量化计算都证实,氯代二硅烷在水解反应时还能与水解产物HCl发生硅硅键的断裂反应.In this work, the coarse dimethyldichrolosilane monomer was directly analyzed by GC MS, and four chrolodisilane compounds were detected, including 1,1 dichrolo-1, 2, 2, 2 tetramethylsilane and 1,1,2 trichrolo 1,2, 2 trimethylsilane deduced by the interpretation of their EI-MS. In GC experiments, the increasing humidity of the carrier gas exhibited less effect on the measuresed value of dimethyldichrolosilane, but distinctively deceased that of triehrolodisilane and tetrachrolodisilane. It was experimentally and theoretically supported that chrolodisilane had fragmentation reaction with the hydrolysate HCl in the hydrolysis.
