摘　　要：探讨Morgagni疝的临床表现、诊断方法、治疗措施。回顾性分析莆田学院附属医院2005年1月—2014年12月收治3例手术证实为Morgagni疝患者的临床资料。2例直接缝合疝孔,1例利用补片修补,术后恢复顺利,住院时间7~10d,康复出院。结果表明,Morgagni疝的临床表现多样化,可通过消化道造影及CT检查诊断。手术能治愈,以经腹腔手术较常用。The clinical manifestation, diagnosis methods and treatment measures of Morgagni＇s hernia are explored.It analyses the clinical data of 3 patients who are confirmed with Morgagni＇s hernia by operation and received to our hospital from January 2005 to December 2014. Results shows that two cases are sutured directly to the hernia, and the other one was repaired by using patch. All the patients recovers well after operation and are discharged from hospital 7 ～ 10 days later. Therefore, the clinical manifestation of Morgagni＇s hernia is varied, and can be diagnosed by the examination of the digestive tract and CT. Morgagni＇s hernia can be cured by surgery, The transabdominal surgery is more commonly used.
