莆田地区过敏性紫癜患者血清变应原特异性IgE检测

摘　　要：探讨莆田地区过敏性紫癜患者与血清特异性变应原IgE的关系。以莆田学院附属医院2015年6月至2017年6月确诊为过敏性紫癜的患者为研究对象,回顾性分析过敏性紫癜患者血清变应原特异性IgE分布情况。共采集180例患者血样,血清总IgE阳性78例(43.33%),变应原特异性IgE阳性141例(78.33%),其中吸入变应原特异性IgE阳性致敏源主要为户尘螨、桑树、屋尘;食入变应原特异性IgE阳性率致敏源主要为虾、蟹、鸡蛋白。结果表明,莆田地区过敏性紫癜的发生与吸入性变应原和食入性变应原存在密切关系。The relationship is investigated between allergens and the causes of patients with Henoch-Schnlein purpura in Putian City. The patients diagnosed with Henoch-Schnlein purpura are collected in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017. And distribution of serum allergen-specific IgE in patients are analysised retrospectively. 180 patients enrolled. Total IgE in serum is positive in 78 patients（43.33%）, 141 cases（78.33%） show specific IgE positive.Mite mixture, mulberry and house dust are the main aeroallergens. Shrimp, crab and egg white are the main ingestive allergens. The exposure to the allergens is a closely relationship with the occurrence of the patients with Henoch-Schnlein purpura in Putian City.
