摘  要:介绍了一种圆柱形卧式深部井巷工程大型物理模拟试验系统。该试验系统由围岩压力施加与保持装置、液压加载与控制系统、试验数据采集系统3大部分构成。装置外径1 860 mm,长6 200 mm,采用60只径向油缸和4只轴向油缸伺服加载,最大加载能力10 MPa。采用有限元软件对装置强度进行了校核,结果显示系统整体结构安全。利用试验系统成功开展了深井煤矿巷道锚杆支护试验研究,巷道围岩位移及应力与现场实测一致,验证了该试验装置各项功能和指标,为深部煤矿巷道支护提供了一种先进的物理模拟试验手段。A large scale cylindrical horizontal form of physical simulation experiment for geotechnical system deep roadway engineering wass introduced.This test system is consisted by three parts,they are surrounding rock pressure apply and maintain device,hydraulic load and control system,test data acquisition system.The device external diameter is 1 860 mm,the length is 6 200 mm,the pressure apply is used by sixty radial oil cylinder and four axial oil cylinder,the servo-controlled maximum pressure is 10 MPa.The strength of device was checked by finite element software,the result shows that the whole structure is safety.The cable support experiment research in deep coal mine roadway is developed successfully by this system,the rounding rock displacement and stress are consistent with field measurements.various functions and indexes of the experiment device were verified,meanwhile,an advanced physical analogue test method is provided for roadway support in deep coal mine.
