某附属医院人力资源发展与医疗业务量的趋势分析

摘　　要：目的通过对某附属医院2008—2016年卫生人力资源结构配置和医疗业务量进行统计分析,了解2008—2016年该医院的卫生人力资源结构配置现状和医疗业务量发展趋势,为医院未来的人员编制规划和业务发展提供数据支撑。方法从网络直报平台导出2008—2016年该医院的年末《卫生人力基本信息调查表》(卫统2表)数据,采用SPSS16.0软件和R语言对数据进行描述性分析、动态数列分析、Pearson相关分析以及典型相关分析等。结果该附属医院的卫生人力资源与医疗业务量均呈上升趋势,且医院医疗卫生业务量与卫生人力资源配置有较强的正相关关系,两者相互影响,相辅相成。结论该医院卫生人力资源发展随着医院医疗业务量的增长而不断扩张,但卫生人力配置仍未达到相关标准,医院应配备充足的卫生专业技术人员,为适应医院医疗业务量迅速增长做充分准备。Objective To realize the development？ between health human resource status and medical services and to provide data for hospital future staffing plan and business development through making a statistical description of the variables in the affiliated hospital from 2008 to 2016. Methods The data of the health manpower basic information questionnaire were col- lected from the network direct report platform of the hosp!tal at the end of each year between 2008 to 2016, and SPSS16.0 and R software were used for descriptive analysis, dynamic sequence analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and canonical correlation a- nalysis. Results The number of the health manpower resources and the development of medical services were on the rise in this affiliated hospital. There was a strong positive relation between the medical services and the allocation of human resource. Con- clusion The human resources developed with the growth of the medical services yet it did not meet the related standard, so the hospital should be equipped with sufficient professional medical workers to prepare for the rapid growth of hospital medical serv-ices
