摘 要:使用电压稳定剂能有效提高交联聚乙烯(XLPE)材料的耐电树枝性能,有利于提高XLPE绝缘高压电缆的使用寿命和电压等级。为了研究电压稳定剂对XLPE交流绝缘性能的影响,选取光稳定剂UV–531、光引发剂ITX、苯偶酰和茴香偶酰4种芳香族化合物作为电压稳定剂,熔融共混到聚乙烯中制成含有电压稳定剂的XLPE材料,以纯XLPE为参照,测试了不同电压稳定剂对XLPE的电树枝起始电压、电树枝生长特性、交流击穿强度、相对介电常数和介质损耗特性的影响。结果表明:添加茴香偶酰能使XLPE的电树枝起始电压提高49%,同时能抑制电树枝的生长;4种电压稳定剂均能提高XLPE的交流击穿强度,以ITX和UV–531效果最优,分别使击穿强度提高了9.4%和8.6%;加入电压稳定剂会使XLPE的相对介电常数和介质损耗因数增大,但除ITX以外的3种电压稳定剂对XLPE的介电性能影响较小,不影响材料工频电压下的使用。Adding voltage stabilizer is an efficient method to improve the electrical tree retardant property of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE), and it is helpful to increase the service life and voltage level of XLPE insulated high voltage cable. In order to study the influences of voltage stabilizer on the AC insulation properties of XLPE, we used four aromatics, namely, light stabilizer UV-531, photoinitiator ITX, benzil and 4,4'-Dimethoxybenzil as voltage stabilizers, and blended the melts into polyethylene to prepare XLPE containing different voltage stabilizers. With pure XLPE as a reference, we investigated the effects of different voltage stabilizers on the electrical tree initiation voltage, electrical tree growth characteristic, AC breakdown strength, relative dielectric constant, and loss characteristic of XLPE. The experimental results indicate that 4,4'-Dimethoxybenzil can increase the electrical tree initiation voltage of XLPE by 49%, and can also restrain the growth of electrical tree. The four voltage stabilizers can all improve the breakdown strength of XLPE in varying degrees, among which ITX and UV-531 present the better increments of 9.4% and 8.6% respectively. The addition of voltage stabilizer will increase the dielectric constant and loss tangent of XLPE. However, except for ITX, the other three voltage stabilizers have little effect on the dielectric properties and do not affect the normal use of the materials under power frequency voltage.
