阻力针法治疗训练后闭合性软组织损伤的探讨

摘　　要：训练后闭合性软组织损伤多见于部队多发训练伤,且构成比有大幅上升趋势。其主要症状是疼痛、肿胀和活动受限等,其影响正常训练,造成部队人员致残和影响部队战斗力。阻力针刺法通过舒筋通络、清除瘀滞,可止痛、消肿、缓急和急救等作用,效果明显,该治疗方法具有安全及时、疗效肯定、易于掌握和部队战士易于接受等特点,尤其适合部队基层连队推广应用。体现祖国医学服务于部队,保障战斗力的作用。The closed soft tissue injury induced by military training occurs frequently in the troops of our country and it has a sharply rising trend. The main symptoms of this disease are pain, swelling and limitation of motion. Those symptoms can exert a negative effect on the normal training and the fighting capacity of the forces. Resistance acupuncture treatment can relax muscles and tendons, remove obstruction in meridians and eliminate stasis. This treatment has a good analgesic effect and can be used to first aid. It＇s very safe, timely, eutherapeutic and easy to master, and it＇s very suitable for base units of the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army. It reflects the function of traditional Chinese medicine for serving the soldiers and safeguarding the fighting capacity.
