功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法选择我院自2015年1月~2016年1月以来收治的100例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床资料进行分析。观察所有患者治疗后的临床疗效以及患者治疗前后的VAS评分及临床症状评分的变化情况、随访1年后的复发率。结果 100例患者治疗后显效患者共68例,好转患者共28例,无效患者共4例(2例患者治疗后仍存在头痛症状,2例患者术后鼻黏膜部位仍伴有肥厚、水肿症状),治疗后的总有效率达96%。住院时间(7.2±1.3)d。术前VAS评分(4.63±1.72)分,术后患者的疼痛程度明显缓解,术后VAS评分(1.78±0.51)分,术前术后VAS评分比较,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。50例患者治疗后,其鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏及鼻涕的评分治疗后较治疗前明显降低,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。所有患者术后未见明显并发症发生。结论功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床疗效确切,患者痛苦少,临床症状改善显著,具有创伤小、治疗彻底、并发症发生率低、治愈率高等优点,值得广泛推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were analyzed. The clinical efficacy after treatment, VAS score and clinical symptom score changes before and after the treatment, recurrence rate after 1 year following up were observed in all patients. Results After treatment, 68 patients were markedly effective, 28 patients improved, 4 patients were ineffective （two patients still had headache symptoms after treatment, and two patients still had hypertrophy and edema after operation）, The total effective rate after treatment reached 96%. Hospitalization time was （7.2±1.3） days, the preoperative VAS score was（4.63±1.72） points, postoperative pain was relieved significantly, postoperative VAS score was（1.78±0.51） points. Compared preoperative and postoperative VAS score, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing and nasal discharge score of 50 patients was significantly lower after treatment than before treat ment, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. No obvious complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion The clinical curative effect functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is definite. The patients feel less pain and the clinical symptoms improved significantly, with less trauma, complete treatment, low incidence of complications, high cure rate, it is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
