摘 要:为掌握液压支架立柱内冲击压力动态规律,分析了落锤作用下立柱内能量传递和耗散途径,以Φ500mm双伸缩立柱为例,建立了落锤冲击模型。基于冲击半周相近原则确定了碰撞刚度,仿真模拟结果显示压力峰值在无安全阀条件下与理论计算结果误差在10%以内,加设安全阀条件下存在较大差异并分析了其原因。同时得出以下规律:相同冲击能量下,轻载快冲较重载缓冲模式下的立柱内压力峰值小;安全阀对于重载缓冲下的消峰作用明显,提高立柱抗冲击性能需进一步提高现有安全阀流量。论文的研究为抗冲击立柱的开发提供了参考。In order to obtain the dynamic characteristic of impact pressure,energy transferring and dissipating ways in a prop impacted by drop hammer was analyzed and the impact model of Φ500 mm double-telescopic prop was established,the collision stiffness was chosen based on the principle that the period was consistent. The peak pressure errors between simulation and theoretical calculation were less than 10% without relief valve,but there were great differences with relief valve. While the following phenomena was found: the prop pressure impacted by the drop hammer with light quality and high speed is lower than that impacted by the drop hammer with heavy quality and slow impact in the same impact energy.The relief valve is helpful to reduce the peak pressure,and it is necessary to increase the flow capacity of relief valve to improve the impact resistance of a prop. The research provides references for the development of impact-resistant props.
