摘　　要：美罗培南是一种有非常广泛抗菌性及可供注射的一种β-内酰胺类抗生素,属于碳青霉烯的分类,用于治疗多种不同的感染,广泛应用于癌症患者因化疗致严重的中性粒细胞减少从而诱发的多种感染。本文对美罗培南在儿科肿瘤患者人群中的应用及其它方面研究进展进行综述。Meropenem is an injectable beta lactam antibiotics with widely antibacterial.It belongs to carbapenem and is used for the treatment of various infections.It was widely used in treating variety of infections in cancer patients with severe neutrophil depletion due to chemotherapy.The research advances on application of meropenem in pediatrics with tumor and other aspects were reviewed.
