摘　　要：当前,金融业进一步开放是大势所趋,这既有利于推动中国经济向深层次发展,也有利于中国经济主动融入全球化并发挥重要影响力。然而,高水平的金融开放以及符合国际惯例的金融市场运行规则,也需要达到国际水平的金融监管制度。因此,在新一轮金融开放过程中,必须要重构中国的金融管理制度。The current trend towards a turther opening ot the domestic financial sector is not only conducive to the development of China＇s economy, but will also spur the economy＇ s integration into the global market. This in turn will result in other benefits for China, particularly the enhancement of its global influence. However, a greater degree of financial sector openness will require market rules that are more in line with international practice and a financial regulatory regime that meets global standards. As a result, the opening up of the financial sector will require an overhaul of China＇s financial regulatory system.
