摘　　要：信贷资产流转是商业银行实现资产出表、盘活存量资金的有效方式。本文介绍美国信贷资产流转市场基本情况及发展经验,并对中国信贷资产流转市场发展现状分析,为发展我国信贷资产流转市场提出建议。Credit asset transfers are an effective way for commercial banks to expand their assets beyond the balance sheet and thereby make better use of available funds. This paper examines the experience in the United States and analyzes the current state of the circulation market for credit assets in China. It also puts forward some suggestions for the development of the China market.
