摘 要:为了研究热阻路面的降温效果及作用机理,以高铝质耐火碎石材料为研究对象,通过等体积替换的原则将耐火碎石掺入到混合料中,在2.36-4.75mm和4.75-9.5mm档集料掺量最佳时,通过力学性能、路用性能及降温效果测试试验,研究9.5-13.2mm档集料掺量分别为10%、20%和30%时的降温效果。温度测试位置为表面、深度4cm及10cm等3个位置。研究结果表明:随着耐火碎石掺量的增加,路面降温效果逐渐提高,在掺量≤20%时,混合料的力学性能及路用性能满足规范要求;耐火碎石掺量为20%时,在路面表面、深度4cm及10cm处最大温差可分别达6.5℃、6.0℃及5.5℃左右,降温效果明显;降低沥青混合料的导热系数,减小热量在路面内部传递,有效控制路面的整体温度,是耐火碎石降低路面温度的主要原因。In order to study the cooling effect and mechanism of heat resistance asphalt for pavement,the high alumina refractory gravel is incorporated into asphalt mixture by using the volume replacement principle.When the 2.36-4.75 mm and the 4.75-9.5 mm aggregate are mixed in the best amount,the 9.5-13.2 mm with mixing amount of 10%,20% and 30% are studied by the tests of mechanical performance,pavement performance and cooling effect.The temperature test positions are the pavement surface,4 cm and 10 cm below the surface.The results show that the cooling effect of pavement gradually improve with the increase of refractory gravel content,the mechanical and pavement performance meet the code requirements when the refractory gravel content is under 20%.When the refractory gravel content is 20%,the cooling effect is obvious,and the maximum difference of temperature are 6.5℃,6.0℃ and 5.5℃in the position of pavement surface,4 cm and 10 cm below the surface.Reduce heat conductivity coefficient for asphalt mixture,decrease heat transmit in pavement structure and control temperature for pavement are the main reasons for refractory material to reduce the temperature of the pavement.
