摘 要:为减缓传统半刚性基层收缩开裂进而导致沥青面层产生反射裂缝,分别采用逐级填充法和n法确定粗集料骨架级配和细集料密实级配,并以无侧限抗压强度和干缩系数为指标优选出两种设计级配,给出推荐级配范围;基于振动成型方法,通过抗压强度试验、劈裂试验及CBR试验,对比分析了两种设计级配和规范级配中值水泥稳定碎石的力学性质,并初步确定最低水泥剂量;最后,从干缩性和稳定性两方面进一步研究水泥剂量对设计级配水泥稳定碎石路用性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:优选出的两种水泥微黏结级配碎石具有良好的骨架密实结构,力学性能与路用性能均优于规范级配中值;水泥掺量为3.0%时,水泥微黏结级配碎石基层表现出良好的抗干缩性和稳定性。In order to slow down the shrinkage cracking of the traditional semi-rigid base which results in the reflection crack of asphalt pavement,the coarse aggregate skeleton gradation and fine aggregate dense gradation are determined by means of gradual filling theory and N-method.Two kinds of optimum gradation are obtained with the unconfined compressive strength and dry shrinkage coefficient being the evaluation indexes,and the recommended gradationscope is proposed.Based onvibro-moulding method,the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam of optimum gradation and mid-value of standard gradation are analyzed contrastively through unconfined compressive strength test,splitting test and CBR test.At the same time,the minimum cement dose is initially determined.Finally dry shrinkage test and stability test are conducted to further study the effects of cement content on the performance of cement stabilized macadam.The results show that the cement stabilized macadam of optimum gradation can reach skeleton dense structure and possess better mechanical properties? and road performance than those of mid-value of gradation.When the cement content is 3%,the cement micro bond Graded Macadam Base has good dry shrinkage resistance and stability.
