摘 要:依托于遂广高速公路沥青路面动态响应测试试验段,从静态弯沉和动态弯沉两个方面对半刚性基层沥青路面和倒装式结构沥青路面施工过程的变形特性、荷载扩散能力进行了研究。结果表明:半刚性结构沥青路面路表动态弯沉值和静态弯沉值均小于倒装式结构沥青路面,且结构S3动、静态弯沉值略大于结构S2,半刚性结构中水泥稳定碎石层是结构承载特性的主体,倒装式结构中水泥稳定碎石层和沥青层均具有抵抗车辆荷载的作用,因此建议倒装式结构中采用较厚的沥青层或高性能的沥青材料;级配碎石层的加入导致倒装式结构荷载扩散范围小于半刚性结构沥青路面,其下水泥稳定碎石层在满足其结构层层底拉应力的情况下可适当减薄,加厚沥青层;落锤式弯沉仪测试结果的精度、稳定性和可靠度要优于贝克曼梁测试值,且两者测试值受结构和材料特性的影响较大,没有明显的相关性,建议沥青路面结构层施工过程变形特征测试中采用落锤式弯沉仪。Based on the test section of asphalt pavement dynamic response on the SuiningGuang'anExpressway,the deformation characteristics and load diffusion ability are studied in the construction process from aspects of the static deflection and dynamic deflection against the semi-rigid asphalt pavement and inverted asphalt pavement.The results show thatthe surface dynamic and static deflection values of semi-rigid asphalt pavementare less than inverted asphalt pavement,and thosefor structure S3 are slightly larger than structure S2. In addition,the main load-bearing course of semi-rigid asphalt pavement iscement stabilizedlayer,but cement stabilizedlayer and asphaltlayer of inverted asphalt pavementboth resist the action of vehicle load,soit is suggested that a thicker asphalt layer or a high performance bituminous material is to be used in inverted asphalt pavement.At the same time,the load diffusion ability of inverted asphalt pavement is less than semi-rigid asphalt pavement structure,so the thickness of the cement stabilized gravel layer could be properly reducedon the premise of the structuretensional stress meeting requirements,and thickness of the asphalt layercould be increased.FWD testing accuracy,stability and reliability are better than the Beckman beam test value,and thereis no obvious correlation between values ofFWD and BB.In addition,the test valuesof FWD and BB are affected by the structure and material properties,soit is proposed that FWD is used to test the deformation characteristics in the construction process.
