摘 要:为了改善泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的高温稳定性,首先分析了泡沫沥青冷再生路面产生车辙的机理,然后提出了向泡沫沥青中添加一种H添加剂。通过室内沥青性能试验,H添加剂能够减小针入度和提高软化点,同时在60℃、70℃和80℃温度条件下,黏度均迅速增大。而在150℃、160℃和170℃温度条件下,加入H添加剂后,沥青黏度增加幅度不大。此外,添加H添加剂会对沥青的发泡效果产生一定影响,即膨胀率和半衰期都有所减小,但影响幅度较小,能够满足规范和使用要求。最后通过冷再生混合料车辙试验,加入H添加剂对冷再生混合料动稳定度的提高具有明显的促进作用。In order to improve the high temperature stability of the cold recycling pavement with foamed bitumen,the rut mechanism of the cold recycling pavement with foamed bitumen is analyzed firstly,and a type of additive H is proposed to be added in the foamed bitumen.Thorough indoor bitumen performance test,the additive H reduces the penetration index and increases the softening point,and the viscosity of asphalt can be increased rapidly at the temperature of 60℃,70℃ and 80℃,and the viscosity of asphalt can be increased slightly at the temperature of 150℃,160℃ and 170℃.In addition,the addition of a small amount of additives H can have a certain impact on the asphalt foaming,and the expansion rate and half-life period can decease,but the impact is limit,which can meet the requirements of specification and the application.Finally,through the rut test of the cold recycling mix,it is verified that the additive H has a significant effect on the improvement of the dynamic stability of the cold recycling mix.
