摘　　要：根据内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市东胜区塔拉壕煤矿排矸场地的自然条件、矸石性质及建设项目特点等,将项目建设与水土保持相结合,提出污染防治、水土保持等综合治理措施,以建立综合有效的防治体系。According to the natural conditions, waste rock properties and construction project characteristics of Talahao Coal Mine in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, the project construction and soil and water conservation are combined to provide comprehensive control measures such as pollution prevention and control and soil and water conservation so as to establish comprehensive and effective prevention and control system.
