摘　　要：通过对矿井构造发育情况、断层突水机理的探讨,提出了下组煤开采时断层突水防治技术途径,为济宁何岗煤矿安全开采下组煤提供了水害防治思路和治理水害的技术支撑。Based on the discussion of the mine construction development situation, the fault mechanism of water inrush, the paper puts forward the fault prevention and control of water inrush technology for the time when lower coal is mined, provides good technical support for the flood prevention and control of water disasters.
