摘 要:藏鸡是我国众多地方鸡种中表现出极度适应低氧环境的优势鸡群,这主要体现在组织器官、胚胎孵化率、蛋壳通透性、血液生理等表型的特异性,但归根结底是藏鸡种质资源特异性所致。随着二代测序技术的迅速发展,从全基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学以及表观组学揭示藏鸡低氧适应的研究全面展开,并取得了一定的成果。文章结合藏鸡低氧适应表型特点,整合多组学综述了藏鸡低氧适应的特异表型和潜在的分子机制,为藏鸡的保种、选育提供理论依据。Tibetan chicken shows extreme advantages in adaption to hypoxia environment in China domestic chicken breeds, which is mainly reflected in the phenotypic specificity of tissues and organs, embryo hatching rate, eggshell permeability and blood physiology. These advantges are caused by the specificity of genetic resources of Tibetan chickens.With the rapid development of Next-generation sequencing, many studies were focused on revealing the mechanism of hypoxia adaptation of Tibetan chicken through the complete genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and epigenomics, and some achievements have been achieved. Based on the characteristics of hypoxia adaptive phenotypes in Tibetan chicken,this review summarized the specific phenotypes and possible molecular mechanisms of Tibetan chicken in response to hypoxia by integrated multi-omics, which could provid theoretical basis and new reference values for scientific breed conservation and breeding of Tibetan chicken.
