摘  要:根据2013年7月、9月于天津海域活牡蛎礁区人工鱼礁区和对照区2个航次的渔获物调查数据,采用群落物种多样性指数分析了鱼礁区和对照区渔获物群落组成和物种多样性的时空分布特征。2航次鱼礁区和对照区渔获种类数和渔获量差异均不显著(P>0.05),2航次鱼礁区的月平均CPUE都显著高于对照区(P<0.05)。群落组成特征值上,7月航次多样性指数(H′)和均匀度指数(J′)显著高于对照区(P<0.05)。海域动物群落的健康状况指标(Exergy值)鱼礁区显著高于对照区(P<0.05)。聚类分析表明,7月和9月航次样方相似性均是鱼礁区站位和对照区站位分区明显。以上结果表明鱼礁投放后,礁区群落结构明显改善,通过鱼礁区及对照区总生产价值的估算得出鱼礁区的总生产效益是对照区的1.5倍。人工鱼礁建设取得了明显的生态效益和经济效益。Based on the survey in artificial reefs and control areas of oyster reef of Tianjin in Jul. and Sep. , 2013, we analyzed the temporal and spatial distribution of species in artificial reef and control areas using biodiversity index. Catches and species number are not significantly different in two areas of the two survey (P〉0.05). Monthly CPUE in reef area are significantly higher than that in control area (P〈0.05). Diversity index (H′) and evenness index (J′) in reef area is significantly higher than that in the control area in July survey (P〈0.05). Health status indicators (Exergy value) in reef area is significantly higher than that in the control area (P〈0.05). Cluster analysis showed that catches of each stations were similar in reef area and control area in July and September survey. The results showed that the community structure in the reef area was improved after the reef construction, and the total production value efficiency in the reef area was 1.5 times of that in the control area. Artificial reef construction has achieved remarkable ecological and economic benefits.
