摘  要:为清洁高效利用炼厂高硫石油焦,开展了石油焦及其与煤混配后的气化反应活性评价与调控研究。在气化温度1 300℃条件下,开展了高硫石油焦、神华煤和贵州煤3种原料及其混配条件下的气化反应活性比较与评价研究。结果表明:随着石油焦的粒度降低,其相对反应指数逐渐增加,气化反应活性相应增强。在此基础上,针对添加量质量分数20%石油焦的气化原料混配需要,系统比较了不同神华-贵州混配比例以及添加石油焦后的气化活性特征参数。基于已有的SE-东方炉粉煤气化工业运行数据,提出了贵州煤、神华煤和石油焦的混配比例优化方案,为石油焦与煤的混配原料气化反应活性优化、实现高硫石油焦的清洁高效气化提供了有益的参考借鉴。In order to cleanly and efficiently use of high sulfur petroleum coke from the refinery plant, evaluation and regulation research on gasification reactivity of high sulfur petroleum coke and coal mixture were carried out. Gasification reactivities of high sulfur petroleum coke, Shenhua coal, Guizhou coal and their mixture were studied and compared at 1 300 ℃. The results show that with the decrease in the particle size of petroleum coke, its relative reaction index will increase and therefore improve the gasification efficiency accordingly. On this basis, with respect to the requirement of gasifying material with 20% petroleum coke, gasification reactivity parameters of Shenhua-Guizhou coal and coal-petroleum coke mixture were systematically compared. An optimum mixing ratio of Guizhou coal, Shenhua coal and petroleum coke was proposed with the reference of operation data from the gasification industry of the SE-Gasifier pulverized coal gasification, which provided a useful reference for the optimization of the petroleum coke-coal mixture and for the clean and efficient use of high sulfur petroleum coke.
