摘  要:针对地铁工程在沿海城市海水影响地段的服役环境,设计了杂散电流腐蚀试验模拟装置,研究了钢纤维体积率、导电溶液、粉煤灰掺量和阻锈剂掺量对钢纤维混凝土腐蚀影响的主次关系;研究了NaCl浓度和钢纤维体积率与钢纤维混凝土腐蚀后强度损失率Kc的关系.结果表明:在氯离子和杂散电流共同作用下,材料强度的损失显著,但是通过配合比优化设计可显著减小材料强度损失.研究成果可为钢纤维混凝土在地铁环境中的使用提供相关的试验基础.Based on the service environment of the subway engineering structure in the coastal water affected areas of the city,a sire ulation device considering stray current effects was designed.The research carried out in this paper included that i) the influence on corrosion of steel fiber concrete affected by steel fiber volume fraction, conductive solution, fly ash content and rust inhibitor content is studied,and ii) the relationship between the loss rate of strength (K~) and both of NaC1 solution and steel fiber volume fraction is studied.Results show that the strength of steel fiber concrete decreases significantly under the combination of chloride ion and stray current, but that this loss can be remarkably reduced by the optimal mix design.They can provide some basis for the application of stec1 fiber concrete in the subway engineering.
