摘 要:干扰素-维甲酸诱导的细胞死亡调节因子19(GRIM-19)在正常人体的多数组织中均有分布,有调节细胞生长、凋亡和迁移等功能。GRIM-19的低表达或缺失以及位点的突变都会导致细胞的异常增殖和恶变,与肿瘤、细菌和病毒感染、早期胚胎发育、先天性免疫反应等多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。因此,GRIM-19可能成为疾病治疗的一个靶点。本文主要对GRIM-19在肿瘤和非肿瘤疾病中的机制和作用进行综述。Gene associated with retinoid-interferon induced mortality 19(GRIM-19)is distributed in many tissues of the normal human body and can regulate cell growth,apoptosis and migration through various mechanisms. It has reported that low expression or depletion of GRIM-19 and its mutation can lead to abnormal proliferation and malignant transformation of cells,which are related to the development of multiple diseases such as tumor,bacterial and viral infections,early embryo development and innate immune responses. Therefore,GRIM-19 may also become a new direction for the treatment of these diseases. This review aims to summarize the mechanisms of GRIM-19 in tumor and non-tumor related diseases.
