摘  要:气体绝缘全封闭组合电器采用铝合金外壳,其焊缝质量关系到整个设备甚至变电站的安全运行。超声波衍射时差法作为一种常规超声波检测方法,具有较高的检测效率和准确率,已经在钢材焊缝检测中得到广泛应用。针对带有缺陷的铝合金板纵焊缝,使用超声波衍射时差法进行检测,可以检测出纵焊缝内部缺陷。The shell of gas insulated switchgear is made of aluminum alloy. The quality of the shell??s weld is related to the safety of the GIS and the substation as well. Time of flight diffraction, a conventional ultrasonic detection method has high detection efficiency and accuracy. It has been widely applied in the detection of steel welds. TOFD is used to detect the longitudinal weld of aluminum alloy plate with defects. The test results show that the internal defects of the longitudinal weld can be detected by TOFD.
