摘  要:介绍了锂离子电池隔膜的主要作用及性能,阐述了复合隔膜主要制备方法中共挤复合、涂覆、热轧、非织造和凝胶填充复合工艺方法。针对动力锂离子电池对隔膜耐热性、电解液浸润性及力学性能等方面较高的要求,对3层共挤隔膜、涂覆膈膜、热轧复合隔膜、静电纺丝复合隔膜及凝胶填充复合隔膜的研究成果进行了综述,并讨论了此类复合隔膜的特点和在电池中的应用情况。最后,对隔膜产品的发展前景进行了展望。This paper introduced the main functions and properties of lithium ion battery separators and also described their production methods and preparation principles,which included coextrusion,coating,hot rolling,electrospinning and gel filling.To meet the high requirements in heat resistance,electrolyte wettability and mechanical properties in the power lithium ion battery,the research results from the co-extrusion,coating,hot-rolling,electrospinning and gel filling process for composite separators were overviewed.The features and applications of the composite separators were introduced.Finally,the development prospect of separators was brought out.
