摘 要:以铝粉为填料,磷酸铬铝为粘结剂制得铝-磷酸铬铝基低红外发射率涂料。系统研究了不同铝粉含量、涂料厚度及温度对涂料红外发射率的影响。并采用DSC-TG、XRD、IR等分析手段,对涂料的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:涂料的红外发射率随铝粉含量的增加而降低,铝粉最佳加入量为30wt%,相应的红外发射率为0.68。铝-磷酸铬铝有良好的耐高温性和热稳定性,在低于1000℃时磷酸铬铝基体主要为无定形态,在1200℃的主要晶型为Al PO4和Al2O3及微量的Al,Al(PO3)3和Cr(PO3)3。A low infrared emissivity coating of aluminum-aluminum-chrome phosphates matrix was prepared by using aluminum powder as a filler and aluminum-chrome phosphates as a binder. The influence of different Al powder content, coating thickness, and temperatures on infrared emissivity of the coating were systematically investigated. The structures and properties of the coating were characterized by DSC-TG, XRD, IR and other analytical methods. The results indicate that the emissivity of the coating decreases withan increase in the content of the aluminum powder, the optimal amount of aluminum powder is 30 wt%, and the corresponding infrared emissivity is 0.68. Aluminum-aluminum-chrome phosphates has good high temperature resistance and thermal stability. The aluminum-chrome phosphates matrix is mainly amorphous below 1000℃ and the main crystal forms are Al PO4, Al2 O3 and trace amounts of Al, Al(PO3)3 and Cr(PO3)3 at 1200℃.
