摘 要:探讨发球机发球和发球员发球对球员接发球技术的影响效果是否相同。我们将重点研究在发球机发球和发球员发球的两种不同情况下球员接发球过程中的反应时和击球时机是否一致,实验过程在网球场进行。研究结果表明:我们将发球速度控制在95kph到135kph,在接发球机发出的球和接发球员发出的球的过程中,球员的反应时和引拍两个时间段两组存在显著性差异。与发球员发球相比,发球机发球时接球员的反应时时间更短,而引拍时间却更长,这表明用发球机发球时,球员接发球时的动作节奏与发球员发球时接发球的动作节奏明显不同,发球机训练球员接发球技术时可能会打乱球员的击球时机,因此在网球训练中,应该尽量避免使用发球机训练球员接发球技术。This paper discusses the different effect on receiving players by pitching machine serving and by real server. We focus on the time of movement initiation and on stroke timing during returning tennis serves simulated by a ball machine or by a real server. Receivers’ movements are measured on a tennis court. By using a serving ball speed from 95 kph to 135 kph, results show significant differences in movement initiation and backswing duration between serves received from a pitching machine and serves received from a real server. Players have shorter movement initiation when they faced a machine. Backswing duration is longer for the group using a machine. That demonstrates different movement timing of tennis returns when players face a machine. Use of ball machines in tennis practice should be limited as it may disrupt stroke timing.
