摘　　要：襄阳市已全部完成全国二轮省、地、县三级志书的地、县(市、区)两级志书的编纂出版工作,现已全面进入乡镇村志编纂阶段。如何创新乡镇村级志书编纂方法,实现方志与人民大众生活的有效对接,开拓大众学志用志途径,是当前方志工作者需要认真研究的问题。Having completed the second round of prefecture and county chorography compilation and pub原lication （including city and district）, Xiangyang has stepped into the compiling of the chorography of villagesand towns. How to innovate the compiling method, thus effectively associating chorography with the public lifeand exploring ways of public learning and using, is a question demanding serious study for compilers at present.
