摘　　要：专家审稿是学报"三审"中最重要的一个环节,它关乎学报的办刊质量的提升。目前,高职院校学报审稿工作中面临着审稿专家构成单一、固定,审稿不充分严谨,审稿意见可用性和参考性不强,审稿的尺度把握不准,审稿周期太长等问题。唯有采取遴选出构成多元化、动态化的审稿专家群体,强化编辑部自身职能,做好审稿保障工作,确保审稿标准的一致性和倾斜性,适时提高审稿待遇等干预措施,方能破解高职院校学报专家审稿中所面临的问题,助推学报发展。Reviewing of journal articles by specialists is by far the most critical step of a vocational college journal’s “Triple Reviewing”system, as it directly relates to the quality and improvements of the vocational college journal. At present, the reviewing of journals of vocational colleges is faced with obstacles of ixed composition of reviewing experts, reviewing processes are insufficiently rigorous, reviewing comments areunhelpful and unindicative, the scales of reviewing are inadequate and the extended timescale of reviews, etc.Only by selecting experts who form a diversified reviewing team, strengthening the functions of the editorialdepartment, safeguarding the review process, ensuring the onsistency of the review standards and increasingthe remuneration of reviewers appropriately, would we resolve the problems that reviewing specialists of vocational college journals are currently facing, and promoting the development of vocational college journals.
