基于水电特色的土木工程专业培养模式研究

摘　　要：土木工程专业是一门应用性很强的学科,如何从学科本身的特点出发,充分利用地方资源优势,突出水电特色,培养大量实践能力强、素质高的应用型人才,提升学生的就业能力,使之能够更好的服务于地方教育与科学事业是一个值得深入研究的问题。文章在此背景下,开展了突出水电特色土木工程专业应用型人才培养办学思路、培养目标、教学模式、教学方法改革的探索与研究。研究成果对同类院校人才培养模式的改革与创新可提供一定的借鉴和参考意义。Civil Engineering is an application of a strong discipline, how to proceed from the characteristics of the discipline,make full use of local resources, highlighting the characteristics of hydropower, cultivatinga large number of students who have practical ability, high-quality application to serve the local education and science well is a problem, which is worthy of further study. Inthis context, this paper carried out to highlight the characteristics of civil engineering, highlighting the characteristics of hydropowercivil engineering applied talents cultivation idea, training target, teaching model, the reform of teaching methods exploring. The resultsof research on innovative training model will be useful to similar institutions.
