摘 要:城市老旧小区是城市发展中容易忽视的薄弱地带,这些老旧小区由于居住时间较长、缺乏及时更新改造。本文实地调研宜昌市老旧小区的现状况,从旧居住区公共环境改造入手,基于Ecotect Analysis对宜昌市某老旧小区户外公共空间的全年太阳辐射,采光等进行了模拟分析。在此基础上根据不同人群对空间的需求及场地空间的基本要求,灵活布局功能分区、妥善布置周边环境,提出相关改造措施,以期为老旧居住区公共环境更新改造提供一个可靠参考。The transformation of old urban residential areas is a weak area of urban construction and management. In this paper, the present situation of the old and old residential areas in Yichang is investigated and analyzed. Based on the transformation of the public environment in the old residential area, the solar radiation and lighting of the outdoor public space of an old and old residential area in Yichang are simulated and analyzed on the basis of Ecotect. On this basis, according to the needs of different people and the basic requirements of space space, flexible layout of functional zoning, proper arrangement of the surrounding environment, and put forward relevant suggestions to provide a reliable reference for the aging of old and old residential areas and the renewal and renovation of public environment in the future period of time.
