摘  要:针对山东苍山铁矿主井溜破系统存在的通风问题,运用通风网络优化技术、通风机站优化技术以及计算机通风网络模拟技术展开了通风方案研究。在充分利用现有通风设施及通风井巷工程的基础上,在溜破系统-334 m破碎水平、-349 m皮带道水平及-400 m粉矿回收水平的主井联巷各安装了1台K45-6-№12风机(18.5 k W/台),经计算机网络模拟解算,结果表明:溜破系统主井的出风量为35.4 m^3/s,有助于解决主井进风问题,改善井下作业人员的工作环境,提高井下劳动生产率,为矿山安全生产提供有力保障。According to the existing ventilation problem of the ore pass-breakage system of the main shaft in Cangshang Iron Mine,its orginal ventilation system is optimized based on ventilation network optimization technique,ventilation machine station optimization technique and computer ventilation network simulation technique. Through full utilization of existing ventilation facities and ventilation shafts of the mine,the connection roadways of main shaft of-334 m breakage level of ore pass-breakage system,-349 m belt conveyor roadway level and-400 m powder ore recovery level are installed a K45-6-№12 fan( its operation power is 18. 5 k W) respectively. Computer simulation calculation results of the optimization ventilation network show that air volume of the main shaft of ore pass-breakage system is35. 4 m3/s,which is good for solving the air discharge problem of main shaft,improving the underground working environment and raising underground labour productivity,therefore,the favorable guarantee of the underground safty production of the mine is provided.
