摘 要:为综合高效回收利用某含铌、钽、稀土、铷低品位复杂多金属矿,在该矿性质研究的基础上,进行了多种回收方案的分析研究,最终确定采用阶段磨矿—强磁分流—铌、钽、稀土混合浮选—铌钽、稀土分离—黑云母浮选回收铷—强磁尾回收石英、长石的联合选矿工艺流程。试验最终获得了Nb_2O_5品位为19.26%、Ta_2O_5品位为1.98%、Nb_2O_5回收率为35.31%、Ta_2O_5回收率为31.86%的铌钽精矿和CeO_2品位为14.90%(REO品位为39.20%)、CeO_2回收率为23.51%(REO回收率为18.49%)的稀土精矿;同时获得了黑云母(含铷矿物)、石英和长石、部分钛铁矿和磁铁矿,对绝大部分有用矿物实现了分流富集,进行了较好的回收,达到了综合回收利用的目的。In order to comprehensively and efficiently recycle a containing niobium,tantalum,tombarthite,rubidium complex polymetallic ore,on the basis of the study on the ore properties,beneficiation combined method process of stage grinding-strong magnetic separation distributary-niobium,tantalum,tombarthite bulk flotation-niobium,tantalum,tombarthite separation-recycling rubidium by biotite flotation-recycling quartz and feldspar from strong magnetic separation tailings was determined after analyzing and researching a variety of recycling program. Niobium tantalum concentrate with grade of Nb2O5 19. 26%,Ta2O5 1.98%,recovery rate of Nb2O5 35. 31%,Ta2O5 31. 86%,tombarthite concentrate with grade of CeO2 14. 90%( REO 39. 20%),recovery rate of CeO2 23. 51%( REO 18. 49%),biotite( mineral containing rubidium),quartz and feldspar were obtained. The distributary and concentration whose vast majority of valuable minerals were realized and comprehensively recycled well,the recycling goal was attained.
