摘 要:以低品位重晶石为背景,研究了一种新型阴离子改性捕收剂DLM-1。通过纯矿物浮选试验改变pH值、捕收剂用量、六偏磷酸钠用量以及难免离子Mg^(2+)浓度等试验影响因素研究了DLM-1的捕收性能。试验结果表明:在矿浆温度为28.0℃、pH值为9.30、六偏磷酸钠用量为5.0mg/L、DLM-1用量为50.0 mg/L时,DLM-1对重晶石达到最佳的捕收效果,回收率达98.0%,且在矿浆为弱碱性环境下Mg^(2+)有利于重晶石与脉石矿物的分离。通过动电位检测及红外光谱分析讨论了DLM-1与重晶石的作用机理,结果表明,DLM-1主要与重晶石发生化学吸附和氢键吸附作用。With a low grade barite ore as research background,a new type modified anion collector DLM-1 was developed by Northeastern University. The collection performance of DLM-1 was evaluated by changing factors of pH value,dosage of collector,dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate and concentration of unavoidable ion Mg^(2+) in pure mineral flotation test. The experimental results showed that under conditions of the flotation ore pulp temperature at 28. 0 ℃,the pulp pH = 9. 30,the dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate 5. 0 mg/L,the dosage of collector 50. 0 mg/L,DLM-1 had the best collection effect on barite with the recovery rate of 98. 0%. Under alkalescent environment of the pulp,Mg^(2+) was conducive to the separation of barite and gangue. The interaction mechanism of DLM-1 with barite was discussed by potentiodynamic test and infrared spectrum detection. The results showed that DLM-1 mainly had chemical adsorption and hydrogen bond adsorption on barite.
