摘 要:针对豫西小秦岭金矿石中碲金矿物阻碍金的氰化浸出、污化浮选作业,从而影响金回收率的突出问题,在生产实践总结分析的基础上,进行了选矿试验探索。试验在选冶联合工艺试验研究方面取得了技术突破,采用优先浮选方法将碲金矿物富集为高品位金碲精矿,用氰化法提取矿石中剩余易浸金,将金回收率从90%~92%,提高到97.02%,提品效果显著。同时,综合回收了碲资源,经济效益显著,该选冶联合工艺值得推广应用。Aiming at the noticeable problems that the calaverite in Xiaoqinling glod ore hindered gold cyanide leaching and polluted flotation operation,consequently affected gold recovery rate,beneficiation probe test was conducted on the basis of summary and analysis in production practice,which got technical breakthrough in experimental investigation of beneficiation-metallurgy union process. Calaverite was beneficiated as gold-tellurium concentrate by using preferential flotation,remainder easily leaching gold was collected using cyanide leaching. The gold recovery rate was raised from 90% ~ 92% to 97. 02% that upgrade was outstanding. Tellurium resource was comprehensively utilized and economic benefit was outstanding. This beneficiation-metallurgy union process is worth popularizing and applying.
