摘　　要：针对非煤矿山企业生产现状,为使企业安全生产管理更加智能化、高效化、公平化,研究了在"互联网+"时代,借助信息化技术和手段打造本质安全管理体系,采用风险辨识、风险监测、风险控制等方法,为企业提出了全新的本质安全管理解决方案,有助于在企业本质安全管理中降低管理成本、提高管理效率和质量。Aiming at the production status of non-coal mining enterprises,in order to make the safety production management of enterprises more intelligent,efficient and fair,an essential safety management system by means of information technology and means is proposed,a new essential security management solution for the enterprise in the ＂ Internet plus＂ era is proposed based on the methods of risk identification,risk monitoring,risk control and so on. The results show that the solution proposed in this paper can reduce management costs,improve management efficiency and quality during the process of essential safety managment of non-coal mining enterprises.
