摘  要:河北杏山铁矿采用无底柱分段崩落法开采,对于下盘倾角较缓的矿体,为提高矿石回采率,回采过程中可采用下盘切岩方法。根据矿石市场售价,计算了矿石不同混合品位时的下盘切岩高度,为端部回采边界确定提供了理论依据。此外,通过优化崩矿步距、调整放矿口、改进扇形孔边孔角参数,实现了降低矿石贫化率、提高回采率的目标,对于类似矿山有一定的借鉴价值。Non-pillar sublevel caving method is used in Xinshan Iron Mine in Hebei Province,in order to improve the ore stoping rate of the gently inclined ore-body in the footwall,cutting rock method can be adopted in the process of stoping. According to the ore market price,the cutting rock height with different mixing grade is calculated,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the determined of stoping boundary in the footwall. Besides that,in order to decrease the ore dilution rate and increase the ore recovery rate,some effective measures are adopted,such as optimizing the independent advance of ore breaking,adjusting the drawhole and improving the angle parameters of the blasting holes distributed with fan-shape. The above study results in this paper can provide some technical reference for the similar mines.
