摘　　要：针对合成氨系统3台TC450/32-13型透平循环机电机在运行中的故障率较高的情况,分析了故障发生的原因,通过更改为可靠的外协检修厂家、出具正式检修试验报告单、改进生产工艺避免氨气进入电机、修复电机转子不平衡、更换在线绝缘监测仪和绝缘材料等,实现了从2014年的10台次到2015年、2016年的零台次外协检修的成绩,从而节约了大量的机件检修费用,实现了生产系统的安全生产运行。There were three TC450/32-13 type turbine circulation machines in synthetic ammonia system, aiming at the situation that the motor fault rate was high in production, analyzed the causes of the fault, by changing to reliable outsourcing maintenance manufacturers, issuing formal inspection test report, improving production technique to avoid ammonia into the motor, repairing motor rotor imbalance, replacing the on-line insulation monitor and materials etc. Through various measures of implementation, outsourcing,maintenance reduced from 10 times in 2014 to zero in 2015 and 2016, thus saving lots of maintenance cost, and realizing safety operation of the production system.
