摘　　要：基于数值方法对新建铁路隧道下穿高速公路半填半挖式路基施工全过程进行模拟,评价新建隧道建设对既有高速公路路基的影响范围及程度,提出保证新建隧道建设、保证既有公路运营安全的措施。Based on the numerical method. the simulation on the whole construction process of semi - fillingand semi - excavating roadbed of expressway passing through the newly - built railway tunnel is made. theevaluation on the influencing range and degree of the newly - built tunnel construction on the existing expresswayroadbed is made. and the measures for guaranteeing the newly - built tunnel construction and the operation safety ofthe existing highway are put forward.
