摘 要:结合毛纺散纤维染色后再进行纺纱的工艺特性,采用具有广谱抗菌性能和安全性能的抗菌剂(Hei Q Pure TF)对染色后的棉纤维进行抗菌整理。通过对浸渍方法、脱水、烘干等纤维抗菌整理工序的工艺优化,使生产中抗菌剂用量高、纤维带液率不稳定等技术问题得到了有效解决,并对经抗菌整理的棉纤维进行纺纱生产,测定了纱线产品的抗菌和耐洗性能。结果表明,经抗菌整理后的棉纱产品对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌的细菌减少率大于90%,产品具有抗菌和耐洗效果。棉纤维抗菌整理的成功开发实现了毛纺散纤维抗菌整理的工艺突破,拓展了毛纺企业开发功能性纺织品的设计思路。Combined with the characteristics of dyeing-spinning process of woolen spinning loose fiber,antibacterial finishing of dyed cotton fiber was taken with broad-spectrum and safety antibacterial agent( Hei Q Pure TF),the process of impregnation method,dehydration,drying,etc. were optimized and the technological problems of high concentration antibacterial agents and instability liquid rate in fiber were solved. After spinning production of the antibacterial treated cotton fiber,the antibacterial and washability performance of the yarn products were tested. The results showed that,the gram positive and gram negative bacterial reduction rate of finished cotton products is higher than 90 %,the antibacterial and washability effect is also good. The successful development of antibacterial cotton fiber is a technology breakthrough in antibacterial finishing for woolen spinning loose fiber,and it expands the design methods of wool textile enterprises in developing functional textiles.
